About The Event

A day of simple indulgence as the summer draws to a close, we’re devoting a day to show you everything we do. We’re going to feed you, make you some lovely drinks, take you round the farm and show you walks, wildlife and beautiful animals. We’ll serenade you too throughout the day with some really great local live music.

We’ll be celebrating all things farm, food, fun and family.

A 9am start with hot drinks, breakfast rolls and pastries being served flows into a day-long dazzling array of food from the garden kitchen. Events start from 10am and will be staggered through the day. Don’t worry, you’ll be able to do everything you want to!

A selection of pre-paid events and free events will be available ranging from wildlife walks, foraging walks and birds of prey talks. All of our prepaid events will be available be to be booked on the website via Eastbrook Experiences. Live music from 2pm from Utrillo and local rock guitarist Bob Bowles and his band will take us dancing into the evening. Join us for beer, bubbles & cocktails; organic pizzas, salads, burgers & Ray’s ice creams.

This all coincides rather beautifully with Organic September; a month-long campaign to raise awareness of the many benefits of organic food and farming, which include:

- Supporting biodiversity and wildlife - Helping to combat climate change - The highest standards of animal welfare - Reduced exposure to pesticides - Food as it should be, and food you can trust - Having a lot more fun overall, and lots of good jobs

In the face of climate change, diet related ill-health and widespread decline in wildlife, the need to change our food systems has never been greater. So let’s enjoy it, rather than wearing a hair shirt.
