Gin Safari

Join us on this Safari with a twist around our beautiful farm. Starting off at Helen Browning’s Royal Oak pub, you will learn about how gin is made thanks to support from Wood Brothers Distillery, and be able to taste and smell the key botanicals that go into our own Helen Browning’s Gin. We will then explore the farm and make stops taking in some of the beauty to be found at this time of year, as well as learn about the farm. Summer is of course also fantastic for wildlife with beautiful flora and fauna at its peak and we will help you identify what you see and hear on the day. As well as that we’ll teach you how to make the perfect G&T and a lovely cocktail. With plenty of gin to try it’s probably worth booking a taxi home!
